"I was disappointed that there was no bunk beds as they were advertised on the wotif site they staff said they had no rooms with bunk beds so you should get rid of that photo that is false advertising. Lucky the lady was nice and gave us a fold out bed for my grandson. Apart from that the stay was very good lovely place to stay. "

"Setting is fabulous, outlook fantastic, food incredible. All restaurant venues quality of food was excellent. Majority of staff were excellent, (Atama a standout). Staff need senior management in all areas as some staff were standing around talking more than serving. (Especially at the main pool area). This is not the young kids fault but lack of investment by upper management to supply and enforce high hospitality standards"
