"Lovely hotel, in the perfect location of Southbank. I paid for an upgrade and received a terraced view looking over the London eye. It was beautiful, especially in the evening. The hotel itself was in a perfect location, a short walk away from Big Ben, the houses of Parliament, London Eye, Thames cruises, Madame Tussauds / Sea life and lots more. "A very cozy stay for a week in London. The staff was always there to help, no issues checking in. The only thing that was tricky is the shower has no proper door so the water went everywhere and we had to dry it but no biggie, everything was truly great during our stay!"

"Spacious, clean, and updated apartment close to the storage unit I use. Def use again. There was a lot of comings and goings in the hall in the night but when I closed the bedroom door it eliminated a lot of the noise. Note that the 3pm checkin means your door code won't work until 3pm. That part confused me. Photos of apartments aren't necessarily representative. There's a lot of admin to get IN and OUT ... if location suits you then it's a great option overall."
