I stayed in a standard room, which, while lacking any particularly special features, was perfectly functional and well-maintained. "on arrival the room was nice on the 11th floor with views of river.we went out for a meal and arrived back about 9pm.the hotel has a bar above this floor and we heard every footstep and dancing above us and the music was as loud as if we were at the club.people were in and out of the lifts on our floor to go upstairs.there was no control with these people as they came from the street and were not guests at the hotel.so asked reception to move us.this they did thankfully. the hotel staff are...
