"A clean room with a comfortable bed in easy walking distance of the town centre. The room was quite small and a bit cramped as was the bed but OK for one night. There are a few minor maintenance issues that could be sorted to improve the experience but nothing major. Good shower and friendly staff. I would stay again but probably upgrade to a superior room if available for a larger bed and more space. Overall good value. "

We slept there and had breakfast but no other meals (we arrived late one evening, were out all day until late the next day and left after breakfast the following day. "Absolutely loved this little place. Carla is an amazing host she welcomed us and showed us to the room. Very convenient location in the Woodbridge train station. And no the trains are very spread out and it’s about a 15 second vibration and there’s no trains after 11 so it’s very quiet till about 7 am. Breakfast is a full English or vegetarian and a few other choices. Very nice made for you and they save you a table every morning. I like it’s 9:00 not 7am like big hotels. Spotless room nice...

"The B&B was a really comfortable and pleasant experience. The best reception by the hosts. I was made to almost feel part of the family and would book again when I’m in the area. Only point that needs to be looked at is, on Hotels.com all rooms are on-suite but my room had a bathroom down the stairs, albeit a very nice bathroom. I booked on suite and expected on Suite. Apart from that it’s 10/10 from me. I would stay again. "
