"Susan our host was warm and welcoming, the property was beautiful and our room was really nice. The breakfast was gorgeous! We come to Ibstock to visit our friends for their Christmas party every year and this was the first time we'd chosen to find somewhere else to stay. Needless to say, we'll be making a stay at The Post House part of our annual tradition and we're looking forward to staying again next year!"

"The host was PHENOMENAL. Such a beautiful soul who clearly cares a lot about the people she crosses paths with. The room was a good size and clean. There were no issues with noise either from within or right outside the property for the two nights I stayed. Breakfast was delicious and fresh. The bed was comfortable enough and I was pleased to see all the eco-friendly toiletries. The bus to Derby station is on the doorstep with other nearby towns easily accessible from the Market stop a short...

Unfortunately the room we stayed in was right at the front off the hotel it did have modern double glazed windows but they were useless the traffic outside never stopped until after midnight and restarted around 4 am.I am quite a heavy sleeper but this had to be the worst night’s sleep I’ve experienced at a hotel, the bed looked lovely but we couldn’t turn over...
