"What a fantastic experience it was staying here. Please ask for Indu to pick you up and drive you around in either his spacious van or locally tuk tuk. He also has a small store nearby with a lovely helpful family. He is a gentleman. The host family are just beautiful people. Nothing is too much trouble. "Loved the decor of this place which was why we chose it . Didn’t disappoint. Really comfy bed with massive duvet to keep warm under. Loved having the separate lounge area as well. Efficient hot water systems in place for the shower and sink. Would have preferred a more traditional Sri Lankan breakfast but cannot complain about what was provided. "

Many of the fixtures in the bathroom are broken. The water pressure is very low and there is little hot water. The only staff member present 24 hours a day is a young boy of 17.
