"Check-in staff was friendly, the hotel had all the amenities we needed for a single night, it seemed like a pretty new building (the hotel shares a building with other businesses), it was clean, and Fujisawa is a short (~15min) train ride to Enoshima. Had a smooth experience"

"Enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Excellent location, close to station (within 5 min. walk), many dining and shopping options within walking distance. Clean hotel and rooms, friendly and helpful staff, English speaking staff available. Hotel has all amenities such as restaurants, daily room cleaning, room service, pool for extra fee, spa, laundry service, etc. Airport Limousine bus goes right to the hotel, they also have a bus that comes to the hotel for Hakkeijima Sea Paradise, which was nice. Room was spacious with a great view. Breakfast buffet had both Japanese and Western dishes and was okay. The food was the same everyday so if you are looking for variety this would not be the best choice. Overall, great hotel and would definitely recommend and stay here again!"
