"It was great. Wonderful, friendly and thoughtful staff. Front desk was great help with so many questions. It's nice that some staff did not speak English, and some did very well. Makoto, Ana, and Karen are the nicest staff ever, we extended out stay multiple days because we met other amazing people staying at this hostel and became very familiar with Kamakura.
