"House was old with paint chipping inside and bathroom floors not very clean. Only 4 large towels with no kitchen towel (only a kitchen wash cloth). Aluminum pans burned food. Overall, it was nice just to have a house to stay in instead of a resort."

"The home was exactly as described and it was more cozy and comfortable than we could have hoped for. It was great after breakfast to be able to walk a paved trail directly behind the property thru the forest with the trees changing to brilliant colors of fall. The location to grocery stores, restaurants was also very convenient and we look forward to coming back to cape cod and definitely would want to stay here again. "

"House was very clean and comfortable. Some problems with the grill ( heat not high enough). Lovely back porch in quiet yard and neighborhood. Would have been nice if there was a booklet letting us know what amenities were close by ( restaurants, markets). Also , no soap or shampoo in the bathroom , which did not feel very welcoming ."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful house across from Long Pond. We loved the pond-access, kayaking and swimming. The house was spacious and comfortable and the kitchen was great for families like us who enjoy cooking. The property owner responded in a timely fashion when any issues arose. We hope to return next summer."

"Overall, it was a great place to stay. Very clean and location for dogs with the bog in the back to walk was awesome. Beach not a bad drive either to get to. Would have used the vacuum but didn't seem to work. Only confusing thing was the thermostat. It was initially set at a minimum of 69' for heat if needed and 73' or 74' for AC. You could not adjust as there was a pin asked for to adjust. A couple of days prior to departure though the thermostat changed to off. I have a nest thermostat myself...
