"Very clean and newer property."

"The hotel was in a great spot where it wasn’t too busy but you could still easily walk to all the shopping around Banff. Nice and quiet too. The parking was not great in my opinion. There is a parkade for a fee but with the park fee too, we opted out. Unfortunately the room we got, the one bed was very uncomfortable. There was a queen flat sheet that was on the bottom and not a full mattress protector so the mattress was hanging out. Which is kind of gross to me. We just asked for kings sheets and they were super good about it. Overall it was a good stay and super affordable. Everyone was friendly as well. "

"We stayed here for a wedding in Banff and had a great time. Room was spacious and clean, and staff are exceptionally helpful and well informed about the area. Just off Banff’s main drag, this hotel is centrally located to shops and dining, including a great bakery just around the corner for morning pastries. All things considered, it was reasonably priced and good value. Would definitely stay here again when visiting Banff."

"We always enjoy staying at the Blackstone. It has easy access to the parking, always luggage carts available to unload and load luggage. The units have always been clean and well equipped and the towels are always sparkling white. "
