"I've been to a zillion hotels but The Fox is near the top of the list. The staff are friendly and exude client centric, excellence. The location is fantastic, our room was perfect for a week long stay. Underground parking was a plus and the hot tub groto was very cool (not). The biggest surprise was the restaurant. I rolled my eyes when I saw Chilli's brand as the in-house restaurant but it exceeded our expectations to the point it became a favoured spot. Well done The Fox and Chillies staff. We will be back. Thanks!"

"Perfect Location in Banff as it is near the shops and restaurants so you can step out the door and enjoy Banff even if the weather is cold. Underground parking so your vehicle is safe and warm. The rooms are spacious but the bed seemed worn. The decor was nice and the staff was very friendly and helpful. "

"We had such a nice stay, the hotel is cozy and comfortable yet modern. The check in and service was great. I loved the coffee service they offered, such a nice touch! The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The bathroom and products were very nice too! Our favourite part was the roof top hot pools and fireplaces with the nice view! We really enjoyed spending time out there both nights of our stay. "
