"We had a lovely long weekend stay to visit family and go to the Miners Gala. The flat is really spacious and has all you need. Emma responded quickly to my questions. We'd definitely stay there again."

"An amazing property with incredible views of the coastline & Saltburn beach & pier. Good sized bedrooms and living room/kitchen. Bathroom could with some attention - a little damp on far wall. Although lovely shower. Property is on the fourth floor so be prepared!! "

"I was staying for 3 weeks , when I arrived I had to contact the people to get the access code as they did not send it as I had an overseas contact number . If I had arrived after dark you would never find the key box as there is no lighting in the area where access is. The lounge suite was comfortable but the dining chairs are old and the coating peeling off and lands on the floor bed was ok .There were 2 wardrobes but none had hanging rails in them . There was no cleaning clothes ,and the large...

"Lovely accommodation for our 5 families to get together... 10 adults, 4 children and 3 dogs. Location is perfect, right in the centre of Darlington with parks close by for the children. A little bit dated but absolutely perfect for what we wanted. Great big bay windows for people watching onto the street was also a massive bonus (although the windows only opened from the bottom up so dangerous for the little ones and dogs, just to bare in mind, but not a negative in anyway!)
