"Place clean, adequately furnished/equipped, very basic. Towels were clean but hard and uninviting - same colour and washed/dried with softener would solve. Major issue was old mattress, turned over to a spring twanging accompaniment, and prod in the back. Bedding clean but needs replacing. "

"The property, views, and access to local amenities are fantastic. The house was amazing, well appointed, comfortable, and immaculately clean. The hot tub is brilliant and our kids loved spending the time in it after a full on day walking or at the beach. "It's a real shame because the chalet has potential. But there is no investment/maintenance of it. The toilet is plagued with mould. There is nearly no storage so if you go for longer than a weekend, it is a challenge to have to live out of bags. The chalet seems to be one of the only ones that has not been painted recently. "Wonderful little chalet, which is furnished with a lovely seaside theme. Lovely and clean. The beds were super comfy. The London Inn is located a 5-minute walk away which is dog friendly, has friendly staff and good food. The Chalet is in a great location for visiting Bude and Widemouth. "A lovely little spot to explore Cornwall. The accommodation was perfect for us and comes with lots of bonus extras. Sandymouth beach was our favourite. Make sure to go at low tide too as the beach is huge!"
