"The hotel is great. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were beautifully appointed. The location is ideal for exploring that area of Devon, not far from the coast, Dartmoor and some fantastic market towns. "

"I recently had the pleasure of staying at this charming pub, and it was an absolutely delightful experience. The room was cozy and well considered, providing a perfect blend of comfort and rustic charm. The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. "It’s a bit hard to judge because I was there just for sleep for a few hours. Great welcome by staff. Quirky room but clean, comfortable, tv, bar snacks and most important a good stay. I like quirky so enjoyed the room! So 7/10."
