"Over all the Hotel was very nice. The indoor pool was fun for our daughter. Unfortunately during our stay we had extremely loud neighbors. The fact that our room had a conjoining door may have made noisy neighbors even worse. Breakfast was good. Parking is not great but mostly because they block off all of the close spots for valet. I also think there was a parking fee that you have to pay extra once you get to the hotel. "

"We really like staying here. Hotel is nice and inviting in a great location to walk to anything you need in Gatlinburg. Pricey but you choose to pay what it costs because it’s a great place. Would be great if they offered service discounts….ie medical, teacher, military. "

"The geese were very loud and that made it hard to sleep. However, we left the bathroom fan and tv on the second night and that helped drown out the noise from them. Otherwise, this is a fabulous place to stay. Room was amazing! "
