"I have no idea how this place has such high ratings. Although initially the check in clerk was kind and somewhat helpful, my stay at this hostel was disgustingly bad. I opted for a private room which was actually not even close to what the misleading ad boasted. It was very hot with no thermostat to adjust the temperature and it was also very dirty. "Property was very clean and cozy with access to nearby shopping and attractions. Kitchen was well stocked. Property shares a wall with another structure, but we never heard any other people and it still felt very private. "We’ve stayed in this cabin 4 times. It is the perfect size for 2 people (and possibly 1 child if able to climb a ladder and sleep in a loft). This is a small, rustic cabin with a spiral staircase. Gorgeous view from the balcony/deck or hot tub. Very peaceful and quiet on top of Suck Creek Mountain. Great place to unwind and just enjoy nature. One tip- the queen mattress is very, very firm. We don’t venture out much, but its about 8 miles to “River Drifters” which is a good place to eat....
