Stayed in room 1517 and the view from the window was amazing!. We had breakfast buffet for 6 mornings at Ariake. Never get tired of the food, especially the French toast! "The location was very convenient to shopping, dining and the waterfront. I felt like I'm never more than a few minutes of where I want to go by simply walking. Rooms are nice and staff are exceptional. On certain hours, guests can use their cafeteria for free coffee and tea. Would recommend."

"It was raining when we got to the hotel, and I was immediately offered a towel to help dry off. The staff spoke English well enough to understand what I was saying without any difficulty. The room was spacious, clean, quiet, and had all the amenities that we needed. Only a 10 minute walk to Sannomiya Station made seeing the town a breeze. Also Kobe beef was amazing, highly recommend it."
