"Whenever we return to Kobe from US, we stay here at least a couple of days. We always look forward to the quiet atmosphere, excellent buffet for morning and/or evening, or ala carte (menu is very extensive) restaurant. We love the Onsen, of course! This is one of the main reasons we come back to Kobe Minato Onsen Ren. Staff are always courteous and polite. We are planning to stay again in April this year. Looking forward to it very much!"

He was very patient and especially helpful to our multiple queries and tried his best to help. We were very grateful for his sincerity in wanting to help. "Not much to do around this area, hotel is clean and traditional. The breakfast/ dinner was more than enough to satisfy the appetite. The hot springs onsen smelled like a urinal. Service was great but we didn't get to dine in our rooms at the traditional tables."
