"I’ve stayed at several hotels in Rinku Town over the last two years and OMO is definitely the winner by far when it comes to comfort and friendly staff. During my last visit, I noticed that Sayoko san at the front desk was going above and beyond to ensure that everyone’s check in process was smooth. Her attention to detail and excellent customer service truly stood out. I have become a regular and am no longer looking for alternatives when staying in Rinku Town."

"Great property location and staff, check in and check out is simple and streamlined. The rooms were bigger than expected, much cleaner and newer. Comfortable beds and bedding. The view is absolutely gorgeous!"

"Lovely hotel and friendly staff. Our only concern was that you couldn’t control the room temperature. The room was warm and the thermostat would not allow cool air to regulate the room."

"Very near to convenient store which was a good thing. But as it was winter time, the area was quite cold which we chose not to have BBQ dinner. Also, the view for sunset was blocked by nearby buildings which was a bit disappointing. And the room we stayed had a smoking odour which was a bit unpleasant. However, the room was spacious and beautiful which made the glamping experience good. "
