"Morning shower no good 80 yr old nana first one in shower she was able to wet and put shampoo on then freezing cold water not good. Shades are mostly all broke. Quite small place. Hot excellent deck and view beautiful. Front sliding door won't lock with key had to use bedroom sliding door."

"Just my mom and I used this home at the beginning of August. We both love this home. It’s perfect for two people. Or if you’re a couple with a child, this works out really well. Bring a fan because the house doesn’t have a fan if you need some air circulation, otherwise we’ll be back here again next August. Great location. Close to restaurants and the private festival. Quiet here. Great view of the river and ocean. Just love this place. "

"Views are amazing, deck is nice but has deferred maintenance. The cabin itself is very small but cute. Main floor bed is unbelievably noisy, uncomfortable creaking loudly with any movement. Very little sleep for 2 nights. It needs to be replaced before renting again. Before booking and after reading 5 reviews regarding the horrible mattress, I contacted the (host) and heard back that it had been replaced. We arrived... It had not. "What a wonderful place to stay! The grounds were clean, beach access was awesome. You were able to hear the waves crashing from our living room. Home was well supplied. Might suggest an air fryer. Coffee pot was a true treat. Spectrum cable not accessible, so that was a little frustrating. Overall our stay was absolutely wonderful. "

"I have stayed at many bnbs and this one by far exceeded my expectations. Its very clean, well stocked, comfortable, and the view is incredible! The communication with the host was outstanding. "Comfortable space for a short stay. The kitchen was well equipped for plates and glasses. We did not really cook so cannot comment on cooking implements. Great large deck with private hot tub made for good relaxation space with a small view of ocean. Although not directly on the beach it was a nice private location. Great location of resort for exploring regional beaches, state parks and coastal viewpoints. "

"We had a wonderful time, a bit hard to find the place as we unfortunately arrived after sundown and there are no lights around. Also no physical maps on the property. Once we located the unit the stay was wonderful! The pictures were very accurate to the location. Very peaceful and so close to many amazing trails! We would gladly stay again!"
