"Accommodation was clean, comfortable, within close walking distance to a few eateries and shops, and near Peak District favorites such as Chatsworth House and Bakewell. The children especially enjoyed the playground just across from the back garden. Our only disappointment was that the listing said there was a hot tub, but that must have been an error. All in all a great stay!"

"We had a really relaxing and peaceful stay. The property is very rural which suited us perfectly but you will need a car to pop to the shops. The property has been renovated to a very high standard with quality furniture and fitting throughout. Only minor to be aware of is that the fridge does not have a freezer compartment so don't pick up ice-cream ;-) "

Found the beds very comfortable, the photos and art very interesting and the rugs very cosy! Location is great though our car was essential of course! "This a nice little house in Alferton, it was great for myself, a friend and my large dog. It was well equipped and comfortable. It was a little dated upstairs and there was no photos of details of the bedrooms but they were clean and well catered. My friend who stayed in the back room noted the boiler (which is in that room) is very noisy and kept her up but that wouldn’t bother some people.
