"Check-in was at 3pm. No details regarding check-in were sent prior to the check-in. I called many times seeking information but was told that the information would be provided to me at 3pm however no details were sent. @4pm l was still chasing for the details. At around 4:30pm thats when they decided to tell me that the place wasn't ready and the cleaners hadn't been around to clean. The most frustrating thing is that they could have apologised and gave me a heads up than for me to travel then...

"Very small room, no lampshade no tiolet roll. Doors banging very loudly with no regard for other people. Smoking in the house which was unpleasant. Nithing good to say really. 40quid a night is ridiculous for that room."
