"Our family of three adults had a great stay at KBR. We booked Michael’s two rooms. Beds were comfortable, and we slept soundly without noise bothering us. There is a portable fan in the closet if needed. Room was clean, tv’s, mini fridge, coffee pots etc, and air conditioning worked well! We made good use of the beach friendly supplies owner provides in the closet: 2 snorkel sets, 2 beach chairs, one umbrella, one large and one small cooler (I believe)!, towels and 2 beach mats per room. "Love this property, I have stayed before and wanted to return. There was confusion and problems with the booking through the property manager which ultimately created problems at the resort. Marriott staff was extremely helpful in correcting the issues. I will not book through this property manager again."

"The room was great and the listing was very accurate. Very convenient location to a lot of stuff. Would stay here again. One ought to know that unless you plan on staying 100% time at the resort, you will need a car and parking there is 35/day charged by the resort. This was more expensive than the car rental itself! (We got a sweet deal) Wish this was disclosed more obviously in the listing."

"This is a beautiful big property. They do not accept cash. Wonderful beach to the left and right. We had a slight problem with our reservation. Our confirmation had the correct dates. The hotel had one day less. But the people at VRBO made it right and we were so Appreciative. Condos have zero in them other than the required dishes and salt and pepper. They do provide beach towels, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. It’s a lovely property and the folks who run it couldn’t be nicer. "
