"My mom and I absolutely loved our stay at The Cat Bird Seat! My mom first visited Poipu Beach back in the 1970s. She remembered body surfing at Brennecke’s Beach and wanted to return. This was an absolutely fantastic location and we could scope out the surf at Brennecke’s right from the deck. We enjoyed taking in the sunset from the hot tub on the deck and walking to dinner in the evenings. The house was spotlessly clean when we arrived and more spacious than the photos. "Our family had a wonderful vacation at the Bird of Paradise house! With short walks to beaches and restaurants it was the perfect location. The pool worked great for the young grandchildren to enjoy after naps. Great memories!"

"We’ve had the opportunity to stay in a number of vacation rentals. This place is among the most accommodating and family friendly we’ve stayed. My son and his wife, along with our 15 month old granddaughter, stayed in the unit located on the first floor. They were able to have privacy and a quiet place for the baby to nap. We made good use of the pack n play, high chair, and stroller. My two adult daughters shared a bedroom on the second floor, and my wife and I the other second floor bedroom....

"Property was absolutely beautiful. Right on the beach and only a 10 minute drive into town.During our stay, the resort needed to do maintenance on the entire floor we were on, causing us to have to leave our original room. As soon as the property manager found out about it, she was quick to get everything figured out and make sure we had a room for the rest of our stay. Staff is super friendly and great to talk to. Everybody staying there seemed nice and friendly. Great experience."
