"I found this property to be exactly as described and loved the quiet neighborhood it was located in. The walking path is super convenient in getting around to a couple of the beaches and even to a hiking path that takes you along the southern coast. Beautiful scenery. In addition, having access to beach accessories was a nice touch. There were body boards, beach chairs, floaties, snorkels and masks, etc. Cam, the host, is very accommodating and available if you have questions or concerns...

"Perfection might seem like hyperbole in a review, but really that is all that comes to mind with respect to our stay. We were fortunate to book 3 weeks at the Beach Cottage, and so glad we did.The Location: 5 min stroll (1/2 block) to some of our favorite beaches on the island, for surf, turtles, snorkling, sunsets...everything. 2 min to the Maha'ulepu Heritage trail - three miles of paved path and green space for walking and cliffside trail for hiking / running. Multiple restaurants to walk to,...

"The house was great! Loved the proximity to the beach and central Waimea. The kitchen had everything needed. Beds were comfy, onsite laundry is really helpful and the a/c was great. Having extras like a day trip cooler and ice pack in the freezer really came in handy. A couple of recommendations. A couple of extra blankets in the house would be helpful. One of the beach chairs was quite damaged when we opened it up. Overall we had a great experience! Thank you!"

"Hale Huna is a beautiful home. Enough for eight of us. The kitchen has everything you need to make meals. The bedrooms and bathrooms were beautiful and very comfortable. The location is located between two beautiful beaches. The home had plenty of chairs, a wagon, sand toys and snorkeling gear. The number of turtles and seals was too much fun to see. The weather was windy, but warm. Kim was very easy to communicate with and helpful. Definitely hope to stay again."

"This condo was exactly as described, with breathtaking ocean views and stunning sunsets. From the balcony, we enjoyed watching turtles feed along the shoreline and whales play in the distance. The Poipu Country Club was a fantastic bonus—offering fun activities like pickleball with other groups and basketball, as well as a relaxing pool and poolside bar service. One evening, I even grilled a delicious shrimp dinner on the bbq available. I would definitely recommend staying here."

"Absolutely a beautiful location right across a street to the seawall.Property was very pretty and nicely decorated. Tall ceiling with beams.We had A few small problems. One was the shower door in the primary bedroom didn’t work properly and we had to take it off for the week. Also the curtains in the primary did not provide enough privacy. And lastly, the stove and cooktop were not good. The burners were all small and when we tried to cook in the oven or on the burners the smoke detector went...

"Great place to stay for the price and they actually gave us an upgraded room to accommodate that I’m handicapped. The room was so full of extras that was really surprising. Lots of extra towels, tissues, TP, and paper towels. There were lots of plates, pans, silverware, and even BBQ tools. They also included beach toys for kids and snorkeling equipment in the balcony closet. Oh and there was 2 balconies in our condo and each bedroom had its own full bathroom!"

Oasis in the countryside

"Love, love, love this hotel. This was like an oasis on the countryside. I loved the fact that the owner is at the hotel and is always interacting with the guest. They provide entertainment with local singers several times a week. This is so unique as I never experienced this with any other hotel and I loved it. I would come back for sure. "

Beautiful comfortable resort

"Out stay at this resort was amazing....The entire resort is beautiful and well cared for. We loved the beach, pool, outdoor games and convenient restaurants right there at the resort. Our room was spacious and lovely. We had a beautiful ocean front king room. Our bed was incredibly comfortable. We slept so good every single night. That is highly unusual on vacation. LoL We had ZERO issues. Parking was free and very convenient. I cannot say enough nice things about this resort. I would definitely stay here again"
