"When we arrived at the hotel, we were initially advised that the rooms we had booked were not available which was rather alarming but we spoke with Murat, the guest relations manager and he was brilliant! He explained that our rooms were still being cleaned but would be available shortly. We had a drink at the bar and then Murat showed us to our rooms and offered us complementary parking as an apology for the miscommunication. The rooms were absolutely lovely and had enormous beds! Breakfast in the morning was delicious with so much choice."

"Very convenient location to the NEC. Hotel and rooms had all you needed for a overnight stay, comfy bed, decent size room/bathroom/clean. Was able to park earlier than check in time for a small charge, rest of the stay had free parking. Staff were brilliant couldn't do enough. Thank you would definitely stay/recommend "
