"Good, simple accommodation with family options. The location is not the best being somewhat removed from the heart of Hamburg, but public transportation is pretty accessible. Being next to rail lines means there is some noise all night long, but it was not too obtrusive. Some great amenities like free laundry and fresh bread."

My room and the common areas were clean, but the elevators could use some cleaning. The breakfast buffet provides a good selection. The property is within walking distance of the Hamburg Hbf and a U-Bahn station, making driving unnecessary."

"Cold especially the bar. Limited drink selection. No parking. Difficult to find paring locally unless you know the area. Constantly going to parking meter to top up. Room not being cleaned during stay."
