"I was terribly worried about trying to get back to the airport with unmanageable luggage to pick up a rental car. They manager and desk clerks, who were extremely helpful and kind, assured me the problem could be solved.They let me store my luggage; wait in the quieter breakfast room after checkout, where one of the staff helped me with the tv remote; and called the the very punctual shuttle for me. In addition to a cloud soft bed and a varied and extensive breakfast, being made to feel welcome and assisted made this hotel top in my book."

"This property was absolutely gorgeous. I loved the jetted tub, the comfy beds and the kitchen. The snack and drink items placed throughout the room for purchase were perfect. Parking was easy and convenient and I loved being able to check in without using the front desk. I will definitely be staying here again. I have zero negative comments. "

"The folks who manned the front desk were courteous and helpful. The area around hotel was not pretty, but definitely convenient. So Happy there was a Shuttle at 5:15 a.m. that included a kind, smiling driver. For being in a very busy area, my room was really quiet...of course there was the occasional 737 aircraft taking off nearby..but was only a slight bother."
