"Spectacular! Before we arrived in Bermuda, the concierge team was reaching out to ensure everything we needed was in place. We were greeted at the doors with such warmth and then swisked off to the Fairmont lounge for a private check-in. The suite was awesome (large, breathtaking view, huge bathroom, comfortable beds, etc.). The lounge was our hang-out spot, especially on rainy days. Every meal/snack/dessert was delicious. The team in the lounge (Rolly, Aaron, Peter, Malisa, George, etc.)...
