"Although i am not a seasoned traveller, i do have some reasonable expectations. Most times when i read reviews of a property I usually will make my own conclusions but in the case of the Ocean Grand hotel i should have put more weight on the reviews. At first glance the lobby is very elegant. When we got to our room we realized how old and outdated this hotel was. There were stains on the hallway carpets, room furniture that was scratched, patio door screen laying on the balcony and in the bathroom there were only hand towels, not bath towels. We did ask for bath towels(thinking they may have been missed)and we did get them but they were never put in our room again. Our stay there was 3 days and inconvenient to find another hotel"
