"Helpful staff and convenient location. Close to lots of restaurants. We didn't like the lack of kitchen facilities for the size of the kitchen in the room ( not even a spoon to make a tea or coffee )."

The room was outfitted with a small refrigerator, microwave, and Nespresso machine—bonus points for this nicety! Even though we were told the room would only be serviced once during our three-night stay, it was cleaned every day. The hotel is on the north west end of Jeju, and the closest town is the charming yet unassuming village of Aewol. It’s not exactly lively but suited us...

"Two downside. Staff is not well converse in English.. they did not try to understand my needs and just say no to all my questions (I have tried to use google translate to communicate). Second thing would be the floor and room inside stink terribly with tobacco smell. Other things were fine."

"It has nice garden and ocean view but there are only two always emptied restaurants so I needed to go out for dinner or drinks. Regarding amenities, there are only shampoo, shower gel and toilet paper. There is not bath towel which is basic item. :("
