"Very handy for the airport, just a few minutes away, but an expensive stay. Beds were very comfortable, though the pillows were much tooo soft. Felt smothered. Firmer pillows would be welcomed. How about putting the tray of coffee maker and cups etc on the table - much easier to reach especially for a 5 footer like me! :)"

Still waiting to see if I was charged for upgrades that seems to not go with anything that we recieved. Maybe just a misunderstanding when we checked in. The breakfast served was great. "I went to conference and the hotel was close by. It’s located near everything central in Hamburg. The valet service is comprehensive and front of house staff are very attentive in regards to taking care of taxis and welcoming you to the hotel. Check in staff are all friendly and fun. The rooms are very European and basic styling but they are generously proportioned and well cleaned. In fact, the cleanliness was very high. This is a good hotel, it won’t disappoint. "
