"Nice stay I was in a new suite but the shower room toilet was kinda cold maybe not insulated properly had to leave door open for heat to come in. They did not replace my linens the next day I had to ask for them. Also on the morning of the last day of my stay heard kids being loud at 645 am till 730 or so and messing around one of the kids may have been rough with the other one I heard something like your hurting me. "My family of four had a wonderful stay here. It's located very close to Elk Mountain, only 20 minutes away. The front desk staff were very welcoming and helpful.
