"Christmas at the Gaylord is the best! I also appreciater the guest only additions this year. The bed in 1189 was TERRIBLE. I felt like I was sleeping on a wooden box. "The hotel is extremely clean and nice, with a large lobby and dining area, it's all very comfortable and bright. The room was extremely clean and nice. The bedding is nothing fancy, but works fine. Do not eat at the Landing, the food is not worth anywhere near the price. On top of that, the staff member did not offer a receipt, I forgot to ask, and therefore could not expense a really terrible cheeseburger I did not eat. The fries were fine though so that was good.
