"I have visited this property four times since 2012. The hotel is beautifully nestled in the forest and lit up with pin lights, the rooms are lovely and spacious and come with a deep plunge bath. It is convenient to walk to the slopes, on the main shuttle service and one can walk to surrounding restaurants, bars and ski rentals. "I can not more highly recommend Shirouma So! The staff were very accommodating and friendly. The hotel was very comfortable and perfectly situated near the bus terminal, Happo One, and restaurants. The onsen was the perfect way to finish a day on the slopes. The food was excellent and there was plenty of variety - while breakfast is set, it is different every day. I would definitely stay here again!"
