"Literally over looking a lovely beach for walks and blowing away the cobwebs. The host is very responsive to messages and helps with any queries. Apartment is well equipped and decorated. Comfy sofa bed (huge) and balcony to sit on and enjoy a coffee or glass of wine. Would recommend "

"We visit Norfolk every New Year, and this was our first time staying in this building. The building itself is stunning and I had high hopes that our stay would be brilliant. I received clear communication in the run up to booking, but different checking in and out times to those on hotels.com!?! The checking in process was OK, although the key lock box was very difficult to open, and it took us about 30 minutes. "We appreciated this warm, quiet, clean, comfortable apartment. It is not in the Cathedral grounds as advertised. It is on the second floor which is not mentioned in the property details. Half the kitchen lights were not working, there was no bath plug or shower mat and rail. We found dirty crockery in the dishwasher (which we did not use). Hooks in the hallway to hang wet outdoor clothing would have been useful."

"Ideal location for anyone needing to be near the courts or the cathedral and next to the beautiful Elm Hill area of Norwich. The apartment has everything you could need, including a bathroom and an en suite for the main bedroom. Really well equipped kitchen and comfortable beds and sitting room. There are lots of steps between different levels which was not a problem but could be for those who find stairs tricky. It was a perfect place for my work needs and I really hope to be back. "

"Great location and very quiet. Room was spotless, very modern and equipped with all facilities you need. The pull out sofa bed was massive and very comfortable. The only issues for me were: the shower wasn’t very powerful and one morning there was work including hammering and drilling being carried out next door on one of the days. This started early morning and continued until we left at 11am the same day. Other than those issues it’s a lovely place to stay."
