The staff are brilliant and such a pleasure to deal with. If you ask nicely they will even assist with your local language skills. The food is of a high quality delicious. I loved my time there "

True professionalism. They treated me like royalty for the entire time. The facilities are excellent, rooms exceptionally clean and very good size. There are Great outdoor & pool(s) areas. The bar - It’s a virtual bar. As the staff will give you a list where ever you are. Food times are when you need and very good...

"The property is at a high level of accommodation for the area, however, broken fixtures and leaking toilets across the bathroom floor were issues we faced. The room did not match the online pictures. This was pointed out and the room changed. Staff were friendly and attentive for the most part. Food was good. "

"I loved the staff so friendly. Manager helped me with a cheaper route to the waterfall. Location wasn't the best as I need a ride to get anywhere but at least rides are cheap. Just be careful of not getting a agreed price before you go anywhere. As it will start at 2k and jump to 10k for little to no reason....the pool was very clean. And rooms were very nice. Asked for a air-conditioning...same day they INSTALLED it!!! Food was good. Really really loved the staff. Soo kind and some even knew...

"The overall atmosphere, plants , trees, poolside area was charming, The stafff were cheerful,welcoming and very helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast was excellent and began promptly at 6.30am. Very useful and important for those of us with abusy day ahead! The vening food was cooked to order and also delicious. The water heater in our room did not work but the room was otherwise good and the housekeeping also good."
