"This is a lovely property with a large living area. A great view from almost every room. The house is a classic mid century design. Well equipped overall making for a comfortable stay. It’s also close to all the beaches and amenities but in a quiet neighborhood. The host was terrific and flexible to accommodate our needs. "

"This is a very nice townhouse. The house was very clean and tastefully decorated. the beds were wonderful; the kitchen was great! (There is a microwave now!) Be aware that some of the pictures are a bit misleading because they are views that are not actually at the house. I was expecting to find the table with wine glasses outside our back door, but it was actually taken about a half mile down the road near the breakfast/lunch hut mentioned - which truly is amazing! We did find all those photo...

"The house itself is awesome! The location is so cool - with views of the mountains and all the greenery. The art inside the house was a wonderful surprise. Based on other reviews I was nervous about the dogs barking, but we didn't find it bad at all."

"We had a great time staying at this property! It was clean and the beds were all comfortable. It has a beautiful view of the golf course too. The property manager was easy to communicate with over text and phone call. They brought over some beach towels right away for us and were quick to get back to us. Definitely would stay here again!"

"We’ve stayed here twice already. It’s an unbeatable location with beach access on a pristine quiet beach. It’s next to a river full of palm trees with a jungle look. The property is huge with a large private lawn/garden. The only ding on this listing is that it’s an outdated beach bungalow. It’s overpriced for the accommodations but we still go back because the location is amazing."

Our time at this property allowed us plenty of time to be together but also each person was able to seek their own adventures and retire to their own spaces. "What a beautiful property. Perfectly equipped for me and my husband’s honeymoon. We even made friends with the neighborhood cat. Loved the whole vibe of the place and how it mirrors that of the north side of the island. Would definitely rent again! Also, I’m from a dry climate and was worried about warm, humid nights, but the ample air conditioning available in the home was wonderful and provided for very comfortable sleeps. "

"We had the best time staying here for 7 nights. The house is right on the ocean and the beauty is what you dream of when you think of Hawaii. Everything lived up to what Steve posted on VRBO. My favorite was the master bedroom and with the windows open with the breeze and waves you felt like you were sleeping on the beach."

"We enjoyed the location and the accommodations were adequate. The kitchen was good for food preparation with decent appliances. On the downside, the place needs a deep cleaning, the beds and furniture need upgrades. One sofa was visibly old and soiled. No one would sit on it. Fortunately, the management team arrived the day we left with contractors and a long to-do list. Perhaps future guests will enjoy these improvements."

"Perfect space for 3 olders kids, my husband and I. This space was exquisite and fit our needs perfectly. Furthermore, we had tons of family fun time in the two pools they offered and had burgers on the grill by the pool. Would stay again!"

"Loved our stay here. It was clean and spacious. Food trucks on site and other places to dine close by. It was quiet (aside from the roosters 😅) Everything was clean. Staff were very accommodating and friendly. There was a nice lounge with TV, computers, and lots of games. We enjoyed grilling by the pool in the evenings. It was my 2nd time to the island and I’ll definitely be staying here when I return. "

"great stay at this condo in Princeville. Well located with easy access to the north shore, and well equipped as indicated in listing with addition of beach/snorkelling gear for renters’ use. As noted in listing, there is no AC though we found this wasn’t a huge issue given the fans and air flow in unit"

Great Condo

"This is a lovely condo in an excellent location - close to everything you might want to do on the island. The unit was very clean, safe, and as advertised in every way. The kitchen is well appointed with lots of counter space. I didn't use the small pool or BBQ, but they looked great. Only FYI is that Wailua beach (visible from the lanai) is more of a surfer beach than a swimming beach. "
