"Rooms very spacious. Very nice array of teas and coffees. Was a bit dark in the room, and hard to work out how to get any lights on - have to go round and individually turn lamps on and there was no hall light near the door so hard to see how to control the heating - not a major issue but a bit odd for a nice hotel. Also could do with USB ports for charging. Parking is very limited, this should be made clearer on the advert - they emailed about it after but you can't cancel then. It's also...

"We stayed to celebrate my husbands 60th birthday. It was very clean, staff very friendly too. The spa is very relaxing with pool, jacuzzi, sream room and sauna.We didnt use the treatment side of it or the gym but definitely recommend. Rooms very spacious and beds are super comfy. Will definitely be returning and highly recommend."

"The stay was great, staff are excellent. The room was lovely and clean, slight down was the walls were marked but everything that could be cleaned was spotless. I marked down as on our last morning there was no hot water, this was due to their boiler breaking down so not a fault of the hotel, the reception apologised and said that we were welcome to use the showers in the spa! But unfortunately it was freezing outside and it's a bit of a walk to the spa so a cold wash had to do!! Will stay there...

"We stayed in the suite which was just perfect. Spacious with excellent furnishings. Idea for a longer stay for visiting Chester. Breakfast was cooked fresh to order along with cereals, pastries and fruit. Definitely recommend "

"Lovely building. Didn't use the spa so can't comment on this. Slept in the stable area, nice room but a bit cold despite heater being full on. Good bar menu. "

"Stayed at the Manor house Hotel and spa on the 18.01.25 my husband and myself we had a lovely stay room was lovely and clean the bed was really comfy the staff were very helpful and pleasant nothing was to much trouble we didn't get time to go into the spa but next time we will. I would recommend this hotel to anyone."
