"The staff were very friendly and helpful. The Hotel was in an excellent position for the Christmas Markets. The hotel has two lifts but some rooms still required access via about 10 steps so if this is important you might want to let the hotel know you need a room with step free access. The breakfast was self service buffet and very good with a wide range of options."

"This property was just as amazing as the Munich property, easy walk to transportation and restaurants. Loved the chill and funky atmosphere! The room was open, spacious and a very comfortable bed. One thing didn’t like and it’s a personal preference, there was no door on shower. This got the area by the sink pretty wet, found a lot of European properties go for this concept not sure if it’s for aesthetic or cost savings. But don’t let that stop you from booking. Will definitely put this hotel brand on my list of hotels to stay"
