"This 1 BR apartment is very spacious, comfortable and cute. It came very well equipped with everything you need including washer and dryer. It was very, very clean and decorated very nicely. The property also has a salt-water pool, fitness center, dog park and multiple BBQ’s. Definitely the place to stay in southeastern CT."

"Overall, this is a very nice, brand new apartment for rent. The location was convenient for us and parking could not be any easier. I will say there is a lot of construction going on around the building as I think other parts of the complex and new buildings are still being constructed.
