"We went to this property during the winter. The fireplace and hot tub were delightful as was the pool table. Would definitely love to check it out during the warmer months. Lots of great restaurants nearby. Al was a great host"

"Overall a positive experience. Property was clean and worked out really well for us as location was close to family we were visiting. We are from Florida, and it was cold in CT and the heat worked great so that was really good. Andrew was responsive to requests. Only criticism was in some of the set up. There are no dressers, so you need to stack your clothes on shelves in closet, which was not terrible. Also, the only mirror in the entire place was in the bathroom downstairs (bedrooms...

"My sister and I came to New Haven for the Cherry blossom Festival. I was presenting as I'm a wildlife educator specializing in birds of prey. My sister came from Florida.The festival was cancelled due to weather. But we still had an amazing time! Because of our adorable Flat smack dab in the middle of everything. We explored New Haven. "This apartment in a 4 unit building with its own parking lot was on a quiet street. Easy to get to no matter what side of the city I came from and close enough to walk to downtown (6 blocks) and half a block off the famous Little Italy street for food and cocktails and then brunch and coffee in walking distance in the mornings too. The unit had everything you need, fully stocked kitchen and bath, shared laundry. Great mattress and pillows! Easy keypad entry. I’d stay there over and over again!"

"We stayed for two nights while visiting friends. Having lived in the area for many years, this was a perfect way to return and visit all our favorite places. Location is perfect. Easy to walk to shops and coffee shops, easy street parking. Be aware that this is an apartment and so you will hear the neighbors. This didn’t bother us at all, but this is not a quiet area so just be aware of that before! Overall excellent place and we would certainly return!"
