"This is a really lovely property, lots of space with an excellent, very well equiped, kitchen leading on to a big secure garden. we were a three generation family with a dog and the space worked brilliantly. We entertained family and had lots of children visit, the garden toys and sit on tractors where a huge success. I can honestly say we had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. Jennifer is so helpful and made us feel completely at home, the cottage has lots of nice touches and...

"Front door is 5 yards from busy A43. Contacted owner for key code Friday am for Friday stay did not reply till 14.21 Sunday. Builders next door Hammering just after 7 Saturday and Monday. Cover on front bed filthy. Toilet seat not attached correctly. No logs provided for log burner or tools. Welcome pack not as advertised no wine no milk no eggs no crisps small loaf. Outside area no parasols cushions left outside dirty and cigarette burn, and a broken chair. Broken glass in cupboard. Very noisy...

"Nice two bedrooms cottage in lovely little village with garden . All essentials provided inside which was lovely . Near to some great pubs and eateries and close to the beautiful town of Stamford ."

"i went with my daughter, had an amazing time! my cousins were at arena uk just 7 mins drive. so had the comfort of being able to relax at the beginning and end of day. Loved the fact had internet and watch all my favourite programmes on Netflix etc. My daughter was able to chill in her own room with tv at the end of a busy day. "

"Great bungalow to stay in. Local pub (horse and jockey) just a 10 minute walk away, lovely meal in there. We stayed in carrot cottage, which had everything we needed. Only couple of things: 1. TV a bit small and couple of steps to bedroom could be a problem for a disabled person. My mam managed them, but worried she might fall over then at night. So left the light on over night. Overall great place to stay."

"The property was great and in a nice village. Local cafe at Manor House Farm is worth a visit as is the nearest pub Hare & Hounds. We visited Lincolnshire City centre which was lovely, the castle, cathedral and historic prison were all in walking distance once parked up in centre. We also visited a National trust Old Workhouse which was very interesting. Lots of things to do in Lincolnshire and well worth a visit."
