"Had a night away. Choice the hotel for its popularity. The hotel itself is excellent parking is extra on site and cost has just gone upto £10 a day. There is some minor wear and tear to the room we had but the size and quality of the room is excellent. We used Ubers to get into and back to the city for convenience. "

"Great property right next to Cavern club, bars with live singers and6 if you are interested sports on tv in most bars. Check in easy and staff great. Breakfast however was chaos, not enough staff, poor Chef trying to get enough food out for fully booked hotel, and trying to cook special requests. Few staff and no enthusiasm to clear tables. When they finally did, a huge trolley came in and they were stacking dirty plates on there. Not the look for a 4 star hotel. We would have been mad if we had...

"Very grand hotel with a lot of history, even stories about ghosts that haunt mainly the 3 rd floor. The floor we were on lol. We couldn't fault the cleanliness and helpfulness and politness of the staff. Didn't have chance to look around at this vast hotel but will definitely stay there again as being right in the middle of Liverpool and such a good price what more could you ask for ! "

"Enjoyed our stay, was perfect for what we wanted. Staff very helpful and chatty. Bit disappointing that the roof bar area was shut for refurbishment, we werent told this on booking and it was one of the reasons i had made the booking. The place is tired and in need of renovation which i believe they're in the process of doing. Super convenient to Liverpool one and some great bars and restaurants nearby. Would recommend as a base for anyone."

"Really nice hotel, I had an accessible room Which was very spacious but a brick wall as a view which I already knew so wasn’t a problem. Would’ve been nice to have a window that could open though. "

"It was my first time visiting Liverpool and the Maldron in Park Lane, and from the moment of arrival to the end of departure, the staff including Tori, April, Ella, Connor and Nick and all the staff were amazing from start to finish! The ambiance, atmosphere and hospitality were thoroughly enjoyable and on point! Tori and April are excellent front of house team! The food was delicious and totally the best food I have had ever eaten 🌟🌟🌟"

"The hotel was very comfortable. Outstanding location. The staff was amazing. The room was quite comfortable and spotless. The only negative or possible drawback would be if you have a car you can’t park out front while you check in. There is a garage so parking is readily available. But there’s no Lyft from the garage to the hotel and you are required to either walk around or carry your luggage down the stairs. Other than that, I have nothing bad to say about this property. "My stay was very comfortable. Service in the bar for food was very good indeed. The only thing I had to ask for was for water in my room. Apparently it wasn't supplied to all rooms which I thought strange but I was given 2 small bottles and they lasted my two nights. Thank you."

"The staff on reception were exceptionally kind and friendly. They deserve to be recognised for thier friendliness and helpfulness. It was a lady and a gentleman. Cant recall their names but they were so chatty and welcoming. The room was clean and comfortable. Walls are a bit thin. Could literally hear all next doors conversations. Bed was comfy. View was amazing. Would defo stay here again."

"Fab hotel, huge rooms, great staff and reasonably priced. 35 min walk to the city centre or an 8 min Uber. Surrounding area is undergoing a bit of refurbishment so currently not great but I wouldn’t let that put you off. Easy to get to and parking is great and reasonable too. "
