The Shops & Restaurants are close by to you wdont have to move your car. . Many activities to attend are usually available around the Historcial District. "

"Only complaint was we were able to hear the third floor moving around all night and if you have a rowdy crowd on the third floor, you hear all the yelling and banging. Management was very quick to respond and resolve issues though. Great location!"

It was more room than I needed but the accommodations were lovely. The host has thought of every detail to make a stay away from home comfortable. Once I figured out the door codes and where to park and get back out of the parking garage I felt like I had lived there forever, but that may have just been me being older and slower to learn new...

"Some of the reviews made me cautious about the area. Everyone is right, this is a noisy neighborhood, especially Thursday, Friday Saturday night. Light sleeper should take the interior bedroom. The apartment is cute and satisfied our needs. We only were in it to sleep and rest at different parts of the day. appreciated the comfy couch and comfy beds. Apartment could use a little updating, especially the things that are broken, but they don’t deter from this stay. Would have appreciatedlaundry...

"Listing gives very accurate description. Easy walk to River Street and downtown area. My only suggestion would be to add some type of window covering or even tint the arched top windows. The plantation shutters did an ok job of blocking out the lights at night but it was still pretty bright and made it hard for some is us to sleep. "

Condo was.clean. Our internet was down (due to hurricane helene issues) but owner gave us another access & we were good to go. "
