"Not a bad place to stay especially if you don't plan on staying in the room a lot. Pretty close to the subway station which made it easy to explore Suzhou. The downtown area is really nice. I thought the bed was a little hard. I also had to use another rooms wifi. The desk staff speak little if not any English."

"First of all, Pan Pac Suzhou (吴宫) is definitely worth the price. The scenery within the hotel premise is really fantastic, tranquil and serene. "We stayed in a twin room. The beds were comfortable and had 2 choices of pillows. I believe the room didn't have a screen, so we had to use the air but needed to air it out when we arrived. The AC worked well. The place is in need of sprucing up in the hallway but it wasn't bad. There was a stink coming from the floor drain in the bathroom, but this is quite common in china, not much the hotel can do about it if the plumbing was not designed properly. There wasn't alot of restaurants...
