We were a little worried when our driver initially dropped us off with our bags at the bottom of the steep road and said the road was too tight for the minivan to get through. "The homestay double booked my booking so I turned up and they had nowhere for me to stay. At 5pm I then had to try and find a room in Ella for the night, in peak season. Ended up staying in a dirty hotel as that was the only option left after 3 hours of searching, and got severely ill from the food there. My whole holiday was completely ruined thanks to Dimuthu homestay. Unbelievably unprofessional. DO NOT book here, it is not worth the risk."

"The room was huge and the facility was very basic. The guy at the reception was very kind to show me the short cut to the town. Wi-Fi worked well. Warm water was available but I had to bath from tap as water pressure from showerhead was too weak.
