"It’s was good! Only the building is a bit on the older side. If you are planning to only be around the Chicago area book near downtown. I made the mistake to book this hotel and it was super far from Chicago. Lesson Learned and Uber was expensive!"

"It was a decent stay! Nothing bad happened at all. I wish there were more hot breakfast options. But our room was clean and maintained. Only thing we notice was a stain on the bed under the sheets. "

"Everything was fine, although the elevator is sketchy. It has a 10 second delay before opening the door. There is nothing scarier than the thought of being trapped in an elevator with your elderly mother!!"

"The property was clean and well maintained. The room was nice and specious. The location was great because it was in the perimeter of Gurnee Mall with lots of shopping and dining options and dining. "

"Good stay, the dishes specifically the pots, are cleaned but need to be replaced a lot of char and burn marks in the pans. Some smaller cosmetic issues but other than that everything was great. Staff was extremely helpful and there is always someone available to help you. The laundry area was easy to use and worked well. Overall I give this place a 3.8/5"
