"Service is excellent- staff are friendly and helpful. Room is quite spacious. Breakfast is basic, as in most minsu. Hotel is rather old and bedroom floor is rather dusty. No hand soap or hand towels provided. Location is right next to the Ita Thaoqlake and just 3 minutes walk to old street and pier. Room rates pricey considering the condition of the room and facilities."

Staff was friendly and prompt with service, especially if you connect with them on Line. Like most hotels in Taiwan there was no heater in the room, but they provided an extra comforter which helped.
