"Due to some mix up, I was assigned a room that hadn't been fully cleaned. When contacted via phone the concierge was quick to re-assign me to a different room which was fully satisfactory in cleanliness. Included two small bottles of water, and two pods for the coffee maker. There was no iron / ironing board available to press shirts for business, and I found the pillows on the bed were excessively large. Maybe thin pillows would be available from the concierge, but I didn't think to ask....

The bad - The mattress was so soft that I got a terrible backache the whole trip. I ended up putting the ironing board on top of the mattress and sleeping on it. My "intimate" balcony room was very small, so much so that you can only open the balcony door about 1 foot because the it runs into the bed. Some of the dishes were dirty and the...
