"Absolutely stunning sunsets and it was very nice being on the water. Prior to booking, several reviews referenced how bad the floor cracks in the house were and the rough shape the dock was in. Both were very true, the flooring really was pretty bad and the dock is a safety concern. But again, being on the water and the evening sunsets were extremely nice! The hosts were friendly & easy to work with."

"It is a well loved old farm house, with dated but comfortable furniture and appliances. Upon arrival there was a noticeable smell (we just purchased an odor eliminating air freshener to cover). The bunk house had a musty off-putting smell, so we opted not to use it. We didn't use the hot tub as we couldn't figure out how to turn it on/off. It is a no outlet street that is very busy. The traffic greatly exceeded the 20mph speed limit. We also encountered a gentleman on a golf cart who went by...
