Only reason I listed one 4.0 for location is that the house is near a railroad crossing and if you are a light sleeper, this could be an issue for some. "

Small things like only one half roll of toilet paper in each bathroom. Only one trash bag and although we didn't use, the laundry area was dirty and the washing machine rusty. "House is great, but if you are on a cane, walker etc. or drive a big SUV, this is not the place for you. The porch light was off when we got there and it was very dark outside the house. There are also large roots the very front of the house to be aware of, roots from very old trees. Inside of the house was very clean and it has all the modern conveniences. The "
